The advisor will proceed to take their iPad to your vehicle to capture photos and perform an initial check, including using a code reader to diagnose any issues.
Next, your vehicle will be dispatched to one of our skilled technicians who will conduct a thorough test drive or a Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI). This inspection covers about 25 key points, complete with videos and photos. After the technician’s evaluation, the advisor will review and edit the information before sending it directly to you. Once you receive the report, the advisor will walk you through the findings, answering any questions you may have.
With your approval, our technicians will take care of the necessary repairs, using high-quality parts backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty. After the repairs are completed, a quality check is performed to ensure everything is in perfect working order. When you pick up your vehicle, you will receive a warm thank you from our team and a request for a review to help us continue providing exceptional service.
